Instructions for Oral Presentation
Equipments
- An LCD projector
- High resolution over 1024 x 768 is NOT available.
- A laptop with windows XP, Office 2007 and Acrobat reader 9 (English)
- However, we recommend to use your own PC because some characters might be garbled.
- No white or black board.
Time Allocation
- Invited talk: 50min. including discussions
- Long talk: 35min. including discussions
- Short talk: 20min. including discussions
Please keep the time for the presentation to ensure smooth proceedings.
Notice
- Our staff will take photos and videos of speakers.
- If this makes problems for you, please contact the reception desk or our staff.
Instructions for Poster Presentation
- Posters are assigned consecutive numbers from 1 to 76. Please consult the accepted poster list.
- The scheduled time for the poster sessions:
- SessionA: Aug. 26th. 16:20 - 17:40 (poster numbers from 1 to 39)
- SessionB: Aug. 27th. 16:40 - 18:00 ( poster numbers from 40 to 76)
- Place: At the lobby on the first floor.
- Panel size: 1200mm(vertical) x 900mm(horizontal) (About A0 size).
- You can set up your poster from the following time:
- Aug. 26th. 12:00- (poster numbers from 1 to 39)
- Aug. 27th. 12:00- (poster numbers from 40 to 76)
- You should remove your poster by the following time:
- Aug. 26th. -19:00 (poster numbers from 1 to 39)
- Aug. 27th. -19:00 (poster numbers from 40 to 76)
Otherwise, your poster will be removed by our staff.- Selected student posters will be awarded at the closing (Aug 29)

Chinese sockets can accept "Flat blade attachment plug (Type A)", "Oblique flat blades with ground (inverted V) plug (Type I)" and "Round pin attachment plug (Type C)".
Electric current is uniformly 220 volts, 50Hz AC, throughout China.
